LUDWIG ACRO BRUSHED BRASS SNARE DRUM – 6.5×14″

Originally introduced in 1964, the Acrolite snare drum was developed as a student level Aluminum snare drum. It has gained prominence over the last 50+ years for its professional-level build standards and performance. The Acro Series is the next chapter of the Acrolite legacy with 2 new alloys: copper, and brass. They feature our 1-pc seamless phonic shell in a brushed finish. Adopting the format of the elusive NYC Board of Ed. 6.5"x14" Acrolite of 60’s/70’s, these drums feature a 10-twin lugs format for well-balanced tone and projection.
